1The competitions are open to students from all colleges.

2Registration is mandatory for participating in any event.

3Online registration is available through our website, www.kitvarnam.in; however, in order to complete the process, the participant must pay the registration fees and collect their generated registration pass after the registration. Registration pass is mandatory for campus entry.

4Registration fees and prize money for each competition are mentioned, along with the rules given in the following pages.

5Participants must carry their college identity cards and participation pass, given at the time of registration, and must produce them on demand.

6Accommodation facilities will be provided if necessary, prior information should be updated to the organizer/coordinator.

7Each participant has a responsibility to check our website, www.kitvarnam.in, for information regarding the schedule and venue of the events, and they are required to be on time.

8The judges' decisions are definitive in terms of competitions and results. The administration and arrangements will be decided by the organising committee, and their decision is final.

9The committee has the right to make any changes in the schedule, venue, or guidelines if circumstances demand.

10Without prior approval, banners, hoardings, flexes, and other similar items are not permitted inside the venue.

11Misbehaviour will be dealt with strictly. Howling is not permitted. Any improper or disruptive behaviour or violation of college regulations may result in the cancellation of prizes, the team's disqualification, or the loss of points.

12Smoking and the consumption of alcohol, drugs, etc. are strictly prohibited. Participants violating this rule will be disqualified and restricted from the events.

13Rules of each event have to be strictly followed. For any details or clarification regarding the rules contact the event in-charge of each event between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
