This event celebrates ingenuity and problem-solving across disciplines, offering participants a chance to present their projects, inspire others, and gain recognition for their efforts.

Event Rules:

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow the rules and guidelines below:

  • Punctuality: Presenters must be ready to present at the scheduled time. Please arrive early to check your equipment and ensure everything is functioning properly.
  • Presentation Duration:
    1. Each presenter will have a fixed time (typically 10-15 minutes) to present their project. Please adhere to the time limit to ensure all participants have equal time.
    2. This will be followed by a brief Q&A session (5-10 minutes).
  • Content and Focus: Presentations should focus on the core aspects of your project: problem definition, approach, results, and impact.
  • Equipment and Setup: Presenters are responsible for ensuring that all equipment, including laptops, projectors, and microphones, are working properly before their presentation.
  • Respectful Interaction: All attendees must respect each presenter’s time and effort. Avoid disruptive behavior during presentations.
  • Originality and Ownership:
    1. Projects must be the original work of the presenter(s). If you have used external resources or datasets, give proper credit and citations.
    2. Plagiarism will not be tolerated. Any project found to be plagiarized may be disqualified.
